Role Description
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analyses, forecasting, and reporting to support key business initiatives. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and making actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and leadership, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and long-term strategies. Additionally, you will support budgeting processes, track KPIs, and prepare detailed presentations for senior management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or CPA/CFA certification is a plus.
2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or budgeting, preferably in FMCG or a similar industry.
Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and tools such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, or similar platforms. Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
